I’m glad to report that of the date of this writing, Summit County is back to level “Green” in COVID terms, and businesses seem to be open and booming. The comfort level seems to be on the rise, and attitudes in general seem to be much more relaxed. Not quite “normal”, but a big step in the right direction!

The total number of all properties sold is UP by about 4%. Also, the number of single-family homes sales is consistent with last month, as is the average, “days on market”, but, many homes are selling within a week.
