Real estate sales over the past 12 months in Summit County were busy indeed, demonstrating a 61% increase in total volume over the same period last year. In the Breckenridge – Frisco market alone, there were 151 sales, a 15% increase over last month.
Overall August Properties Sold All Areas
The average sold price for single-family homes in the same area, comparing August 2021 to 2020, jumped from $1,708,120 to $2,060,053, representing a 20% increase.
The total volume of all properties sold in August, meaning Condos, Townhomes, and Single Family Homes, for the Breckenridge, Frisco and Silverthorne area was $162,364,783, compared to $135,422,824 for July. Meanwhile, the average days on market have increased slightly, so it will be interesting to see how September shapes up, and if we can look forward to properties staying on the market just a little bit longer.
