This is just a continuing trend that I have previously reported. July sales overall were impressive, with numbers out-shining the previous month. There were 130 total properties sold (just one more than last month), with 64 of those being single-family homes.

The average sold price for single-family homes was $1,708,120, which represents a decrease of about $140,000 when compared to last month. The total volume of all properties sold (Condos, Townhomes, and Single Family Homes, for the Breckenridge, Frisco, and Silverthorne areas) jumping slightly to $162,364,783.
