Welcome to the Breckenridge-Frisco Area Real Estate Market Report for December 2021!

There was essentially no change in the market numbers from November to December; it was remarkably close! I think that could be a good thing, as it shows a continued strong market, but may also be signaling the possibility of inventory staying on the market a little bit longer. This would give more buyers the ability to view the property before the property sells, which is something we’ve been missing for some time.

  • The number of single family homes sold in December was 60, while there were 65 such sales in November.
  • The average sales price of a single family home in December was $1,690,469, while November’s average was $1,699,976.
  • And, there were 116 total sales in our market area for both November and December!

Overall December

The total volume of all properties sold in December, meaning Condos, Townhomes, and Single Family Homes, for the Breckenridge, Frisco and Silverthorne area was $149,378,191, compared to $146,240,453 for the previous month. The total number of sales for these areas for both November and December was 116.
