Welcome to the Breckenridge-Frisco Area Real Estate Market Report for January 2022!
While January is historically a slow month for Real Estate, this year’s numbers are in, and they have stayed very close to what we’ve seen the previous two months. The number of all properties sold in January was 619, down just slightly from the previous month of 624.

The average sales price of a home (meaning Condos, Townhomes, and Single Family Homes, for the Breckenridge, Frisco and Silverthorne area) in January was $1,894,631. This is slightly higher than December, which closed out 2021 with an average sales price of $1,828,221.

The month of January also ended with an additional 143 homes under contract! The market is still going strong, and there are many opportunities opening up, especially with the new construction coming our way.
